Let me introduce myself, I am Reiki Master and Reiki Teacher Rita Mistry. I offer holistic therapies in Milton Keynes including Reiki healing, Reiki attunement, spritual development and much more. See all of our services below.
I have been involved in Reiki since a serious car accident in 2001. Initially I received Reiki healing to help with pain management and my doctor was about to put me on medication to reduce my blood pressure. Needless to say, I have never taken any pills clinical or herbal for high blood pressure.
I love Reiki so much that I have engulfed it into my life.
I consider myself fortunate as my Reiki path and Spiritual path have developed side by side giving me wonderful opportunities every day to learn from. During my journey I have met most wonderful people who have really enriched my soul. I have completed some training with Doreen Virtue, Gordon Smith and Wyen Dwyer. My philosophy is that we all the ability to communicate with spirit and heal; it’s that we have forgotten how to do it.
My experiences in life have helped me diversify myself. I also teach spiritual awareness/communication. I offer counselling, meditation, emotional freedom technique, personal development.
I enjoy jewellery making like wire work and beading. This hobby started from my interest in crystal healing. If you need to wear a crystal make it stylish and fashionable. I specialised in pendants as crystals for healing should be worn near the heart. Look out for my shop its coming soon.
