Emotional Management (anger management) course is intended for those who repeatedly get overwhelmed with their feeling about the situation or the person. For example, your boss yet again gives you another job to do despite the fact that you are already overloaded. You try assertively to say no but get into a heated conversation and feel let down, unsupported and angry. This is a mere example. When you contact me, I will discuss in detail the kind of situations you want help with to see if one of our courses will be of benefit.
Improving mental abilities (thinking skills) course is designed to improve your problem solving, creativity, reasoning and social skills. So, that you can be better at dealing with life’s problems, be effective in dealing with people and situation, be creative in your approach and communicate better. For example, Indigo Light can help you to deal with negative feedback, (giving and receiving).
You can either attend a course, or if you prefer, have individual and private sessions.
Each training session at our premises in Milton Keynes lasts about one hour, and costs £40.00
